Le Centre Bouddhiste Machig Ling a la joie et le précieux mérite de vous convier à la quinzième retraite de Dentok Chigma, guidée par le très précieux Lama Chödpa Rinpoché, qui se tiendra du 15 au 22 août 2026, dans le silence et la beauté naturelle de l'Aude.
Durant ces jours de retraite, nous aurons l'opportunité de nous immerger dans la pratique du Dharma, de recevoir les enseignements et les bénédictions de Rinpoché, et de cultiver la présence, la compassion et la sagesse dans un environnement propice au recueillement et à la transformation intérieure.
LA PRECIEUSE PRATIQUE DE DENTOG CHIGMA
Dentok Chigma, « l’accomplissement en une seule assise », est une méthode rare et profonde du Chöd, transmise par la lignée ininterrompue des maîtres réalisés. Cette retraite est une opportunité de se relier à l’essence de la pratique, dans un cadre de retraite authentique, sous la direction bénie de Chödpa Lama Rinpoché.
La retraite débutera le samedi 15 aout au soir.
Le dimanche matin, Rinpoché offrira une introduction à la pratique du Chöd pour les pratiquants qui ne l’auraient pas encore reçue.

Veuillez noter : Il est nécessaire d’avoir reçu l’initiation du Chöd pour pouvoir participer à cette retraite. Aucun accès ne sera possible sans cette transmission.
CADRE DE LA RETRAITE
Afin de préserver l’intégrité spirituel créé par la retraite :
- Les retraitants sont invités à demeurer sur le lieu tout au long de la retraite. Il ne sera pas possible de quitter le centre avant la fin.
- Un vœu de silence (noble silence) sera observé à partir du dimanche matin jusqu’au vendredi soir. C’est une occasion précieuse de stabiliser l’esprit, de laisser émerger la clarté naturelle et de se relier plus profondément à la présence.

- Arrivée attendue : le samedi 15 aout avant 18h00.
- Fin de la retraite : le samedi 22 août fin d’après-midi, avec possibilité de départ le dimanche.

The Machig Ling Buddhist Centre is delighted and honoured to invite you to the fifteenth Dentok Chigma retreat, led by the most venerable Lama Chödpa Rinpoche, which will take place from 15 to 22 August 2026, amidst the tranquillity and natural beauty of the Aude.
During these days of retreat, we will have the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the practice of the Dharma, to receive Rinpoche’s teachings and blessings, and to cultivate mindfulness, compassion and wisdom in an environment conducive to contemplation and inner transformation.
THE PRECIOUS PRACTICE OF DENTOK CHIGMA
Dentok Chigma, ‘accomplishment in a single sitting’, is a rare and profound method of Chöd, transmitted through the unbroken lineage of realised masters. This retreat offers an opportunity to connect with the essence of the practice, in an authentic retreat setting, under the blessed guidance of Chödpa Lama Rinpoche.
The retreat will begin on the evening of Saturday 15 August.
On Sunday morning, Rinpoche will offer an introduction to the practice of Chöd for practitioners who have not yet received it.
Please note: It is necessary to have received the Chöd initiation in order to participate in this retreat. No access will be granted without this transmission.
RETREAT FRAMEWORK
In order to preserve the spiritual integrity created by the retreat:
Retreatants are asked to remain on the premises throughout the retreat. It will not be possible to leave the centre before the end.
A vow of silence (noble silence) will be observed from Sunday morning until Friday evening. This is a precious opportunity to stabilise the mind, allow natural clarity to emerge and connect more deeply with the present moment.
