Join us for an afterwork event hosted by AIRBUS at Les P’tites Halles, between Vitrolles & Rognac!
– Boards and tapas to share:
• Organic charcuterie boards from our artisan butcher LEPATURAGE
• Antipasti boards from LA PASTA VERRA, featuring arancini, cheese sticks, and potatoes served with a house sauce
• Homemade “thoïonade” (tuna spread) from our fishmonger LE KALYPSO, served with seasonal raw vegetables
• Lebanese mezze from EPIKURIOUS (hummus and eggplant caviar)
• Asian tapas from AYSO: an assortment of sushi and “otsumami” (maki, California rolls, spring rolls, karaage chicken)
To finish, a sweet touch with cream-filled choux (plain, vanilla/red berries, chocolate) from our pastry chef ALEX B Bijoux Sucrés.
– Drinks at the P’tites Halles counter: each participant will receive two drinks (of which 1 is offered by NHI) of their choice from:
• our selection of craft beers on tap
• wines from artisan winemakers
• soft drinks from various artisanal bottlers
• or classic soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero)
As an alternative, you may opt for one Spritz-style cocktail (counts as two drinks).
