One of the most beautiful towns in the South of France is just a short train ride away. Albi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its incredible architecture, home to the Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, the world's largest brick cathedral, and the birthplace of painter Toulouse-Lautrec.
At AEGEE Toulouse, our trips are designed a bit differently. We invite you to take an active role in shaping your own experience, building your day around what you enjoy most, while also developing your planning skills. We'll share tips on the must-see attractions and suggest a social program you're free to join or not, any activities or visits are at your own expense, and one or more AEGEE volunteers will support the group.
To confirm your registration and get access to the WhatsApp group and travel guide, you'll need to purchase your train ticket and upload it through the registration form. Listed costs are estimates and may vary. Remember to mention your age at booking to get -50% off if you're under 27.
Suggested program: 10:05 departure, 11:05 arrival and start of the city tour (free), 12:30 lunch at the restaurant or picnic, 14:00 visit to the cathedral (free or €5 premium), 15:00 garden tour (free), 16:00 museum visit (free for European students), 17:06 return train, 18:20 arrival in Toulouse.
