This time, we’ll be discovering the wines of Agathe Bursin, a talented winemaker who revived her family’s winemaking tradition in 2000. Based in Westhalten, she crafts distinctive, terroir-driven wines that showcase the richness and diversity of Alsace’s vineyards. 

 

And of course, there is a little European twist: after all, it’s a region where the European Parliament comes to sit (well from time to time).
