The mono-performance revealing the complex and ambiguous attitude of Lev Gumilev to his mother, the famous Anna Akhmatova, makes us think about how personal experiences are intertwined with public perception. How does the son of a great woman see his mother? What role did she play in his life beyond the public image?

Svetlana Ustinova is a theatre and film actress with more than 50 roles in famous projects such as ‘Boomer. Film 2’, “Odessa-mama”, “Razvedchitsy” and “Magomayev”. From 2017 to 2022, she was an actress of the Chekhov Moscow Art Theatre.
Olga Henkina is an author, director, and producer at A.P. Chekhov Moscow Art Theatre; Bolshoi Theatre; and Moscow's Theatre on Malaya Bronnaya.
