What to Expect
• Opening Sound Meditation: Ground yourself and connect with the present moment.
• Mindful Movement & Breathwork: Release tension in the body and create space within.
• Vocal Exploration: Discover the voice as a mirror of the inner self, through vibration, presence, and expression.
• Closing Sound Bath (≈1 hour): Allow yourself to be carried by the sounds of instruments (singing bowls, drum, handpan, chimes, and more) as well as the voice.
