EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DEADLINE - Octobre 31, 2025.

 

BNAIC/BeNeLearn 2025 will be held at the University of Namur under the auspices of the Belgian-Dutch Association for Artificial Intelligence (BNVKI) and the Dutch Research School for Information and Knowledge Systems (SIKS). The conference aims at presenting an overview of state-of-the-art research in artificial intelligence and machine learning in Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

By registering to BNAIC/BeNeLearn 2025, you automatically become a BNVKI member.

Registration fees:

PhD student fee (early bird): €150

Senior researcher fee (early bird): €200

Master student:€50 (proof of master student status needed)

SIKS PhD student: free if funded by SIKS: As every year at BNAIC, SIKS will fund a number of their PhD students on a first come, first serve basis.You will be informed if your particpation is funded or not. If not, the PhD student fee applies (early PhD €150), you will have to register again.
