Whether you're new to breathwork or already know its power, you will be guided every step of the way

 

Through conscious breathing, we access deeper layers of our inner world, shift limiting beliefs, and reconnect with clarity and presence

 

About your facilitator: My name is Estelle, I both trained and deepened my breathwork practice in India, Nepal and Thailand. I've been facilitating in English ever since and love holding space for people from diverse backgrounds to meet themselves
