Personal Data / Right to one’s own image

By completing this registration form for the 2026 ODESS Conference, I consent to the processing of my personal data collected via the registration form, and I authorise the Fondation Pierre Fabre (the “Fondation”) and its service providers to capture my image and/or my voice (referred to, together with my other personal data, as “Data”) during the 2026 ODESS Conference, and to record, reproduce and broadcast them, captioned where appropriate by my first name, surname, professional title and place of work, by any technical means and on any medium, for the purposes of internal and external communication relating to its activities, worldwide, for a period of 20 (twenty) years.

Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, and to European Regulation 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation, I authorise the Fondation to process my Data for the aforementioned purposes, for the duration specified above. I am aware that my Data may be disclosed to any third party, in particular those carrying out activities related to the Fondation and its scope of action. The processing of my Data is mandatory for my registration and participation in the 2026 ODESS Conference. Objecting to the processing of all or part of my Data will prevent my registration and participation in the 2026 ODESS Conference from being processed.
