Student rate registrations must be accompanied by proof of eligibility.

Online registrations will be closed the november 15, 2024. Cancellations received before the September 30, 2024 will be reimbursed within 90 days at a rate of 70% of the conference registration fee. Cancellations must be made by e-mail, stating the name and contact details of the person registered. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the October 1, 2024.

Les inscriptions en ligne seront clôturées le 15 novembre 2024 à 23h59. Toute annulation intervenant avant le 30 septembre 2024 sera remboursée sous 90 jours à 70% du montant de l’inscription au congrès. L’annulation doit être faite par email mentionnant le nom et les coordonnées de l’inscrit. Toute annulation intervenant à compter du 1er octobre 2021 ne sera pas remboursée.   La TVA est encaissée sur les inscriptions.
