This course will be taught in English by Chef Luca.
On the menu:
- Leek, mushroom, and plant-based bacon fondue galette – comforting savory with a twist.
- Plant-based tartiflette galette: melting potatoes, caramelized onions, plant-based ham, and cream cheese – a 100% cruelty-free version.
- Crêpes Suzette & apple crêpe with plant-based salted caramel – dazzling and irresistible desserts.
- And of course, cider to accompany your creations and share a convivial moment.
Learn the secrets of perfect batter, elegant folds, and flambéed crêpes, while exploring delicious plant-based alternatives. Make your Candlemas a moment of ethical and festive pleasure!
Tips and techniques will be shared throughout the class.
A small booklet with the recipes prepared will be emailed to each participant after the class.
Aprons, knives, and other utensils will be provided during the class.
* The class may be canceled if the minimum number of 6 participants is not reached.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the class will not be eligible for a refund. However, the class may be rescheduled if the participant requests it by email or issues a credit note at least 72 hours before the class date.
