We begin with a welcoming function wellness shot, a nourishing start to support vitality and digestion. From there, you’ll be guided into an introductory somatic and yoga practice that invites you to soften, realign, and arrive fully into the day.
After movement, gather for a light, plant-forward brunch—simple, balanced, and made with care. The afternoon unfolds with a candle‑making and aromatherapy masterclass, where scent becomes a tool for emotional regulation, and you create your own personalized candle to take home.
A silent walk offers space to integrate, ground, and reconnect with the quiet rhythm of your surroundings. Tea time follows—a gentle pause with herbal infusions, homemade treats, and nutritious snacks, leaving room for rest, reflection, or quiet connection.
We close the day in a thoughtful closing circle: shared experience, and reflective exercises that create space for integration, insight, and intention.
