October,18th come along with our International Community and discover some of the most scenic parts of Bulgaria on a day trip to the the famous Veliko Tarnovo.
 

During this trip we will witness some spectacular views and discover the culture and gastronomy of some amazing stops. We will do a stop in Ruse, Bulgaria and one in Giurgiu, Romania.

Some of the main stops on our trip:
 

- Ruse city center - for a quick walk and photos session
- Basarabovo Monastery** – located about 30 km from Ruse, dedicated to Saint Demetrius, the patron saint of Bucharest.
- Tsarevets Fortress** in Veliko Tarnovo – with fortified walls and towers, the ruins of the royal palace, and the Patriarchal Church, recalling Bulgaria’s medieval era.
- The **Old Town** of Veliko Tarnovo – a maze of streets filled with medieval churches, craft workshops, souvenir and antique shops.
- Optional **Mini Bulgaria Park** – opened in 2017, featuring miniature models of Bulgaria’s main cities and historical landmarks, illustrating the country’s development over time.

After the meeting point, we will pass in front of Horoscop Hotel (Unirii Metro) at 6h20 (bus or van leaves at 6h25/6h30)

IMPORTANT information
Registration closes when we hit 50 participants or on October 17th at 16:00. The trip will be organized even if we are a small group (this is not a regular travel agency trip with minimum of participants to validate the tour; we are a Non Profit/NGO and a Travel Agency)
No refunds will be approved for late arrivals or failing to meet at the designated meeting point and departure times.
Youth must be accompanied by an adult.
