Rising from the water and reclaimed by nature for more than a century, the Château de la Mothe Chandeniers has become one of the most poetic symbols of French heritage.

For this unique evening, the estate will be privately reserved and accessible exclusively to Bombance guests.

THE GUEST CHEF

Dinner will be orchestrated by Nicolas Gaulandeau, a chef renowned for his experience within some of France's most prestigious establishments.

Having worked in the kitchens of the Élysée Palace, Apicius in Paris, and the Château du Rivau, he now offers a cuisine that is elegant, authentic, and deeply rooted in the French terroir.

Each course will be paired with a carefully curated selection of regional wines, chosen to showcase the expertise of local winemakers and enhance the gastronomic experience.
