The Diversity Fresco is a 3-hour workshop designed to raise awareness about how discrimination works, while creating a safe space for dialogue and understanding.
Drawing on the principles of collective intelligence, the workshop offers participants the chance to experience the cognitive mechanisms underlying discrimination. By exploring possible approaches to reduce bias and discussing both their impacts and limitations, you will acquire a shared vocabulary that makes it easier to engage in open and constructive conversations on the subject.
