The method is very simple, and our volunteers will introduce you to it! And of course, we'll be pairing these wines with duck specialities, explaining how to match wine and food
We select our wines and ducks from local merchants who work with producers who respect the environment and our health. We'll explain why this is important, and share our best addresses with you!
