Eclairs and creamy puffs workshop
During this 2-hour workshop, we'll go through all the steps involved in making this pastry: the choux pastry dough, the pastry cream in the flavor of your choice (chocolate, coffee, vanilla, pistachio...) and the famous cracker that gives your little chou a crunchy shell.
You'll leave with the recipe and your own homemade treats.
Workshop in small groups of 4-5 guaranteed for a better learning experience.
