Wild Edible Plant Walk

In a relaxing and good-humored atmosphere, this family-friendly outing emphasizes a practical and sensory approach to learn about six or seven plants : we'll smell, taste, and discover news scents and flavors.

Next, we'll talk about cooking by discussing recipes that can be put into practice as soon as you return home.

There's nos staying with your hands in your pockets and just listening to the guide ! Everyone is encouraged to share what they know, to interrupt to ask questions or disagree, and look things up on your own.

In short, we'll discover, play, exchange and share. We do it informally, while still being rigorous.

Our goal is that you have a good time and that the next day, you are able to harvest and cook several wild plants.
