Discover the Pierced Stone, following the tales and legends of the Matheysine region. An escape combining heritage, local legends, and hiking, leaving you with wonderful holiday memories.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Carpooling is required for this excursion.

 

PROGRAM:

8:00 AM: Meet at La Pergola for coffee, where you will meet Adeline, who will lead the outing. Then, carpool to departure.

8:15 AM: A stop is possible at the La Mure Little Train station to complete the group.

8:30 AM: Starting point of the walk, Pierre Châtel cemetery parking lot.

8:30-10:00 AM: Walk to the Pierced Stone, with storytelling breaks.

10:00 AM: Snack break upon arrival at the Pierced Stone, provided by the leader.

10:30 AM: Return to the cars.

12:00 PM: End of the walk and return to Savel.

 

WHAT TO BRING:

- Hat, sunglasses

- Walking shoes

- Sunscreen

- Water bottles.

 

The walk lasts 2.5 hours in total and is accessible to all. A baby hiking bag can be loaned for parents with a young child.
