Jesus claimed to be the truth - incarnated. During his time, various versions of truth and reality competed for prominence in the Roman empire. The same is true today. How can we be truthful in the areas we influence? How can we step up and dare to voice our opinions in larger public discussions? How do we navigate and act in a landscape when truth no longer seems to hold firm? Our Keynote Speakers Both of our speakers have engaged with European media in practical, longstanding ways to influence politics and business. This is not just a time to learn which media can be trusted, but how you can be a truthful voice in the area you have been placed. How does your brand, product, personal story, or media engagement contribute to the change you want to see in the community? National Media Journalist (Name Withheld) You'll meet an experienced faith-driven research journalist, working on deep research and investigative reporting in a major European broadcasting corporation and in collaboration with well-known media outlets throughout Europe. This individual's name has been withheld for confidentiality reasons. He will share his journey as a committed follower of Jesus and how communicating truth looks in an increasingly post-factual society, with less trust in the established media platforms. Hermund Haaland Hermund Haaland is a serial-entrepreneur, former politician, author and speaker. He is currently working in the space between politics, academia and civil society. Together with his wife Linn, he co-founded the think tank Zebr Institute in 2021, aiming to empower a new generation of society builders across the spheres of society, inspired by the ways of Jesus. He currently splits his time between the institute and the role as a business policy adviser for the Christian Democratic Party in the Parliament of Norway.
