Starter
Creamy mushroom velouté with coffee foam – a smooth, rich soup with a surprising twist: a delicate coffee emulsion that enhances its depth and character.
Main course
Stuffed cabbage with lentils and hazelnuts – a hearty and tender dish served with silky Jerusalem artichoke purée, crispy chips, and a miso-mustard sauce that brings everything together with subtle intensity.
Dessert
Pear, chestnut & ginger Yule log – a seasonal dessert that strikes a perfect balance between the sweetness of pear, the richness of chestnut, and the zing of ginger. A delicious finale—completely free of animal products.
