FestiVita! is the Brussels Early Music Festival:
- 4 days of concerts for all, accessible and open to everyone. Local and international artists, both established and up-and-coming. In addition to this musical programme, a ball will take you right back to the Renaissance!
- A rich and varied programme of concerts, both visually and acoustically. What's more, special attention will be paid to our young audiences, with a "family" show and a "parents admitted" show on Sunday morning, as well as a series of events in school classes aimed at the capital's less privileged audiences. The latter will also be invited as a preview to attend a concert given by the organizers themselves on Wednesday afternoon.
- A unique experience, the banquet-qu'on-sert: a historical meal accompanied by texts and music. Menu: Starters: croûtes aux champignons, charcuterie and cheese, bread; Soup: pumpkin soup or lentil soup; Main course: roast leg of venison (fat) or spinach with sultanas (lean); Desserts: pears in red wine, mostaccioli in Milanese style, Hipocras; Giant loaves of bread from la Boulangerie ardennaise in Braine-le-Château; Water en wine included, no coffee at the end of the meal.
- A friendly, relaxed atmosphere, an exhibition of luthiers, a warm welcome from a team of volunteers attentive to your needs, snacks available at all hours, the chance to meet the sponsors and artists, and much more!
In short, FestiVita! is everything you need to feel immersed in a world of encounters and guaranteed excitement in the heart of a superb building, the Cercle Royal Gaulois, a jewel in the crown of Brussels' heritage!
