First PACoo UK - Cooperation training

A training course designed and run by fertîles to help you grow in your cooperation (i.e. your way of being, observing and acting in a group) to support (self-)organizing in the groups that you belong to. The PACoo is a 6-day group experience in an inspiring venue, where you will start by learning how to cooperate with yourself before starting to cooperate with others :)
It is a journey with a group of up to 16 people, in a space that fosters collective intelligence, and aims at enabling greater self-knowledge and supporting individuals, by equipping them, helping them gain self-confidence, legitimacy and helping them connect with other actors of change.
Through a mind-heart-body philosophy, theorical inputs, role-playing, body workshops, time with themselves, in pairs or in groups, and informal daily life, participants are nourished in both personal and professional dimensions, for their jobs, associative activities, or other projects involving other humans.
fertîles is a committed organization, aware of environmental, democratic and social major issues. The trainings have been build in this vision, and offer a place where individuals fully take their place to contribute to them.

Training dates and times
Training starts on February 14th at 4 PM, so you can arrive between 3 and 4 PM.
The last night is also part of the training, to give you time to land and close smoothly with the group before returning to your daily routine. Departures are scheduled before 10AM on February 20th.
How do I get there ?
Venue : The High Heathercombe Centre
- By rail - The nearest train stations are Newton Abbot Station or Totnes Station (both approx.14 miles).
- By coach - If travelling to us from a major city in the UK it may be possible to reach Newton Abbot or Totnes by coach (depending on day and time of travel).
fertîles will put you in touch with the rest of the group a few weeks before the course to help organize car pooling to reach the venue.
Financial and payment terms
The cost of the course consists of :
- Logistics costs that you will pay today, including :
- your accommodation (6 nights in shared rooms (for those who have booked beds) or in a van/tent)
- meals and breakfasts (vegetarian, local, seasonal and lovingly prepared by a chef)
- rental of training rooms,
- training materials,
- trainer and cook expenses (travel, meals and accommodation),
- your community membership (to support the post-training period),
- support so that we can offer a free scholarship place in each course.

- Training fees, including course facilitation, pedagogical work and fertîle management costs to be paid after the course : Training fees are a free but compulsory amount, starting at 1€, determined by conscious contribution. The amount is determined by you at the end of the course, according to what you feel is right for you and for us. This process will be explained in more detail at the beginning and end of the course. These fees must be paid within 90 days of the course. An invoice will be sent to you.
Accessibility for people with disabilities
We ask you to inform us of any individual specificities that may require adaptation of the training in the registration form. Our disability advisor will schedule a meeting with you to understand your needs, study the necessary adaptation together and give you an answer as to whether or not you can take part in our training courses.
