HOW DOES THIS MASTERCLASS WORK?
 
2 sessions of 90 minutes each => ONLINE

  • Find your authentic voice on stage [theatrical improvisation techniques]
  • Let go & manage stress [breathing, visualisation, anchoring]
  • Increase focus [through preparation and stage presence]
  • Personalise your speech with emotion and humour
 
➡️ 2nd session (90mn) : "Connect with your audience"
  • Role plays with personalised debrief and coaching
  • Audience analysis and preparation strategies
  • Develop agility and resilience on stage
  • Handle difficult questions and challenging attitudes
 
✅ Led by Anne-Claire Figuie (and Leila Gaudin) from Lysaïs (our partner), specialised in both environmental and societal topics and impactful public speaking, based on theatrical and improvisation technics, with over 18 years of experience. 

WATCH OUT : This training might be postponed if we don't have enough participants, we'll let you know asap if this happens. Be sure to be available at both dates as no refund will be possible.
