Il y a des musiciens qui jouent, et puis il y a ceux qui racontent des vies entières avec un souffle. Gueorgui Kornazov est de ceux-là. Tromboniste et compositeur bulgare et reconnu pour sa virtuosité et son style unique mêlant les traditions musicales bulgares au jazz occidental, il débarque dans le jazz comme on ouvre une fenêtre sur les. Son trombone ne fanfaronne pas, il parle grave, tendre, parfois malicieux avec ce grain cuivré qui semble porter la poussière des routes et la fumée des clubs.
