Registration fee €30 per crew - includes entry to the event for 6 members from the crew/support team. Additional members need to purchase adult or kid (age 5+) ticket.
After registration:
1. Organizers will get back with the allotted time slot and practical details.
2. Slots will be allocated by organizers 1 week prior to the event.
3. No refunds possible unless organizer cancels the registration.
Dance Dhamaka Rules:
1. Group sizes of 2-6 are accepted. No Solo performances.
2. Groups can include adults or kids above 12 years.
3. Performance time is Maximum of 6 minutes.
4. Performance and Outfits should not be offensive or provocative.
5. Prior approval is required for usage of props.
6. Audio file for performance should be provided to the organizers , atleast 1 week before the event.
7. Unruly conduct or disregard for rules will lead to disqualification.
On the Day of the event:
1. Please be there atleast 30 mins before the given time slot.
2. A point of contact should be available for our AV team.
Judging criteria:
1. Costume & Presentation
2. Expression & Energy
3. Group cohesion
4. Choreography & Creativity
5. Spatial awareness & Crowd engagement
Prizes:
1. Judges decision is final.
2. First prize - €300; Second prize - €200; Third prize - €100.
3. All dancers can choose to enter a raffle to win a free flight ticket.
4. Prizes will be distributed at the end of the event.
