Your guide - Ophélie Duvillard
Actress, artist and entrepreneur, in 2020, after a spiritual awakening and a deep need for connection and humanity; I decided to open a new path in my life: to be of service.
After training in coaching at HEC Paris, I traveled the world with the world's best facilitators, connected to spirituality, shamanism and sexuality.
I teach body connection and self-expression through movement, tantra (presence and awareness - integration of masculine and feminine - union of mind, body and soul), ego and shadow work, the art of intimacy and manifestation (aligning with one's highest potential for fulfillment).
Passionate about everything that makes one more alive, connected to self and others, I've guided over 15 retreats since 2021.
