Friends Help You Move / The Fifth Step
About
We look forward to welcoming you back to the Warehouse Studio Theatre for a double bill of black humour to warm the November evenings!

The first part of the evening, directed by Lyn Wainwright, will set the tone with the story of “Friends help you move”, a short comedy which was awarded best original script at FEATS in 2024, about a couple of petty criminals who want to step up their credentials with their next coup, by involving the local crime lord. Kevin O’Connor, Eoin O’Leary and Paul Musiol will have you in stitches.

David Ireland’s “The Fifth Step”, recently a West End hit with Martin Freeman and Jack Lowdon, is directed for us by Hugh Dow.
The show stars Caraigh McGregor and Neale McDonald as two men struggling to overcome their addictions and discovering their inner strength by sharing some conflicting values in their sharp, moving but also funny exchanges.
