You can ‘manage your booking’ to change your seat for another performance if other dates are available. If there are no other options we encourage you to ‘manage your booking’ and cancel your tickets online, this will make them available to others. To thank you for that, we will offer you €5 for each ticket. For practical reasons this option closes 48 hours before the performance.

All ticket sales are final and we do not refund cancellations. You are welcome to pass on or resell your ticket.

We encourage Ticket holders, whose plans have changed, to ‘manage their booking’ and cancel their tickets online, this will make them available on billetweb again, i.e. tickets may become available even for sold-out performances.

You are welcome to try your luck at the door, as there may be some unforeseen last minute cancellations or no-shows.
