You will also discover how to take action to improve a team's function and how to engage its members. Additionally, you better understand the role of a leader, how to act like a leader, and being able to share your vision. The training will cover: Objectives Ingredients of a successful team Leadership vs. Management Developing an inspiring vision Action Plans About the trainer: Fanny has served at many positions in JCI and attended many events and training, during her 10 years as a member! She is quite talkative, and dynamic, and likes to argue and be right, so she used that skill to win 3 French debating championships at EC 2016, WC 2017, and 2019. She loves to learn and to travel and is now keen to share her knowledge with as many people as she can, by inspiring people to open their field of possibilities. Professionally, she runs a local business in real estate and manages 7 persons. She loves to make them grow and evolve, and she is passionate about communication, leadership, teamwork, and how to associate profit and benevolence in businesses. She is on the verge of graduating with a Master's in Business Coaching and would love to be a speaker and a professional trainer full-time.
