Siberian-born and French-raised, Dara has travelled her way into Yoga through many continents and life-shaping experiences.
She has dedicated herself to accompany others in their healing journey through the science of Jivamukti and Kundalini, heart-opening mantra, powerful pranayama, and committed presence.
Questioning social differences, Dara strives to offer accessible methods of self-knowledge and to create inclusive spaces of growth.
