Oxalis is proud to present an exclusive series of masterclasses led by Chef Jung Hyerin, chef of the Korean culinary class at the Korean Cultural Center in Brussels. This course is designed to introduce the authentic essence of Korean plant-based cuisine, focusing on the harmony of nature, traditional fermentation, and modern health-conscious techniques.

Course Themes: The Three Pillars of K-Vegan
Each cycle consists of three specialized sessions that transition from daily nourishment to creative social dishes and traditional treats.
Session 1: Jip-bap (for my family) The first session focuses on "Jip-bap," which translates to "home-cooked meal." Participants will learn the fundamentals of Korean soul food—balanced, comforting, and nutritious plant-based dishes that have sustained Korean families for generations.
Session 2: Byeol-sik (with my friend) Elevate your culinary repertoire with "Byeol-sik," meaning "extraordinary or special dishes." This session introduces vibrant and creative recipes designed for social gatherings, offering unique textures and bold flavors to impress your guests.
Session 3: Ju-jeon-bu-ri (Korean desserts) The final session explores the delicate world of "Ju-jeon-bu-ri," the traditional Korean art of snacking. Learn to craft healthy, naturally sweetened desserts and snacks that provide an elegant and refined finish to any meal.
Aprons, knives, and other utensils are provided during the course.
Price of the 3-course cycle : 150€ - 120€ (for students and job seekers)

Cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the course are non-refundable. However, the course may be rescheduled if the participant requests it by email or issues a credit note at least 72 hours before the course date.
