There are seasons in life when we feel it’s time to go back down into our roots in order to better unfold toward the light. Like a tree, we can only rise if our roots are deeply anchored in the Earth. When our roots are nourished, our axis strengthens, our heart opens, and our creativity can finally blossom.

This workshop is a true initiatory journey inspired by the universal archetype of the Tree of Life. Over three days, you will be invited to descend in order to rise, to take root in order to radiate, to inhabit your body in order to open your consciousness, to honor your story and heal your roots in order to become the creator of your own life. A journey from the depths toward the light.

II – THE TRUNK: Honor • Transmute • Find Your Axis

Welcome and transmute what holds you back, honor your lineages, and receive the strength of your ancestors in order to find your axis and your rightful place.

✨The practices of the Alchemic Dance - Danse de l’Être®

This immersion is paced by the founding practices of the Alchemic Dance - Danse de l’Être® method:

Energy awakening • alchemical dance of the 5 elements • Butoh of Light • trance dance • celebration • meditation • symbolic rituals • sharing and intention circle.

Each practice acts as a doorway to deep inner transformation, in respect of each person’s own rhythm.

• Root yourself in your deep center, in connection with Mother Earth.

• Harmonize body, soul, and spirit through the alchemy of the 5 elements.

• Transmute certain repetitive patterns and transgenerational memories that have been holding you back for too long.

• Honor your roots and receive the blessing of your ancestors.

• Let go of the mind and fully surrender to the life energy.

• Go through an important stage of your life.

• Unfold your Being and free your creativity, without restraint or judgment.

You don’t need to know how to dance. You simply need to be ready to meet yourself.

✨Location: “Le Jardin Intérieur”, ZA La Ponche, 4 Route d’Avignon, 30 320, Marguerittes (Nîmes).

For smaller budgets, for modest comfort, or if you wish to stay within the energy of the place, you have the option to sleep on-site in a dormitory or in shared rooms.

For more comfort, you can also stay at the Ibis Budget just a 5-minute walk from the venue, or book an Airbnb (to share with others if you wish).

✨Schedule and arrivals:

The workshop begins on Saturday at 10 a.m. and ends on Sunday at 5 p.m. If you are coming from afar, we recommend arriving the day before.

Once you register, a carpooling document will be sent to you so you can organize among yourselves if you wish.

✨Cancellation and refund policy:

You may cancel your participation up to 1 month before the event (excluding Billetweb fees). After this date, no refund will be possible; a credit note for another workshop of equal value will be offered to you instead.

For over 40 years, I have traveled the world to meet the great traditions that connect body and spirit: Tai Chi, Noh theater, Butoh, sacred Indian dance, dervish dance, shamanic dance, ancient Greek dance… From these explorations was born a quest: to rediscover the universal language of dance, the one that reveals the Being within each of us.

This quest became the Alchemic Dance - Danse de l’Être®. A path where dance rediscovers its original essence, connecting Body and Spirit, Earth and Sky, the human and the divine.

Founder of the Académie Danse de l’Être®, dance therapist, and author of La Danse de l’Être, dans la lumière d’Isadora Duncan, (The Alchemic Dance Danse de l’Être, in the light od Isadora Duncan). I continue this transmission today in France and internationally.

I do not teach yet another technique. I share an experience of transformation through the body and movement, a way of living, a path toward the Being. Through my workshops, retreats, and trainings, I accompany those who feel the call to reconnect with their body, their inner truth, and that vaster dimension of themselves.
