**Atelier – La Magie de la Shruti Box**

C’est avec beaucoup de joie que nous vous invitons à un atelier unique pour découvrir la **magie de la Shruti Box**, le **dimanche 14 décembre à 15h à Bruxelles**.  

En sanskrit, le mot *śruti* signifie « révélation » — et cette petite boîte étonnante nous invite à révéler non seulement son pouvoir guérisseur, mais aussi celui de notre propre voix.  

Durant ces trois heures d’atelier, vous apprendrez à :  

• Vous familiariser avec l’instrument  
• Utiliser les clés et faire sonner la boîte  
• Explorer des accords de base et leur impact énergétique  

 

Dans la deuxième partie de l’atelier, nous plongerons dans la puissance vocale de l’improvisation à travers le *toning* (chant des voyelles), une pratique qui aide à libérer les schémas anciens et à activer votre ton fondamental.  

Vous participerez ensuite à une cérémonie collective **“Shruti Mantra Sutra”**, une pratique d’improvisation vocale inspirée du maître du Gong **Don Conreaux**, alliant shruti box et chant de mantras.  

 

Des shruti boxes seront mises à disposition pour jouer ensemble.  
L’atelier sera guidé par **Nirmal Karam**, enseignant de yoga et maître du gong, fort d’une grande expérience en sonothérapie, *kirtan* et travail vocal.  
**Participation à partir de 18 ans.**  

**Participation : 75 € (35 € d’acompte et 40 € à régler en espèces sur place).**  
**Si une facture est demandée, la TVA de 6 % sera ajoutée au montant total.**

**The Magic of the Shruti Box**

We are delighted to invite you to a unique workshop to discover the **magic of the Shruti Box**, taking place on **Sunday, December 14th at 3:00 PM in Brussels**.  

In Sanskrit, the word *śruti* means “revelation” — and this small yet powerful instrument invites us to reveal not only its healing vibrations, but also the healing potential of our own voice.  

 

During this 3-hour workshop, you will:  

• Get familiar with the instrument  
• Learn how to use the keys and make it resonate  
• Explore basic chords and their energetic effects  

 

In the second part, we will dive into the power of vocal improvisation through **toning** (vowel sound work), a practice that helps release emotional patterns and reconnect with your fundamental tone.  

 

You will then take part in a collective **“Shruti Mantra Sutra”** ceremony — an improvisational mantra practice inspired by **Don Conreaux**, Gong Master and pioneer of sound healing.  

 

Shruti boxes will be available for participants to play together.  

The workshop will be guided by **Nirmal Karam**, yoga teacher and gong master with extensive experience in sound therapy, *kirtan*, and voice work.  
**Participation from 18 years of age.**  

 

**Contribution: €75 (advance payment €35 + €40 cash upon arrival).**
