Sure we will walk through the 19th c. Parisian arcades (or passages), near the Grands Boulevards and then off we go to the South of Pigalle and La Nouvelles Athènes, (The New Athens), as usual we will enjoy how varied and different each quarter of the 9th arrondissement are. In the shopping arcades you will find today, just like in the 19th c., numerous families taking their after lunch Sunday stroll, however as soon as you walk up hill, towards Montmartre, the crowd changes. In the south of Pigalle you will find young and less young people all trendily dressed, having brunch dark glasses on their noses, in almost the same places where the evening before their where happily sipping a beer or a Mojito ! And all of that is happening in a beautiful neo-classical decor, dating back to the time when the French Romantic artists wanted their mansions to look like a mansion from Pompeii ! Well, what a trip we are going to take on Sunday! So prepare your walking shoes and be prepared to be amazed !
