A star-studded gourmet meal in the middle of hop fields.
After two complete editions, Brasserie Caulier invites you to experience a unique event, right in the heart of the hops we harvest for our beers.
On Thursday 28, Friday 29, Saturday 30 August and Sunday 31 in Poperinge, come and celebrate gastronomy and our beers in a breathtaking natural setting.
The three-course menu is designed by Michelin-starred chef Benoît Neusy and executed by Pieter Declercq (Cœur de Bœuf).
Each dish will be subtly paired with one of our iconic beers:
Paix Dieu Nova, Stuut Juicy Dolly and Paix Dieu Triple.
As soon as you arrive, an aperitif accompanied by live showcooking will plunge you into the world of hops.
The experience continues with a DJ set in the heart of nature, right down to the last sip.
