Of the many teachings that Sogyal Rinpoche used to give on various topics, it was the teaching on mind and the nature of mind that he would share again and again. It was the heart and cornerstone of his teachings, in which he would distil the essence of what he had received from his teachers, put into practise and realised. These teachings give us insight into the powerful workings of the mind, and their far-reaching impact on our life, as well as a glimpse of our vast potential for freedom, wisdom and compassion.
Over the course of five weeks, Patrick Gaffney will guide us on a journey of reflection, contemplation, and practice, exploring together the profound and life-changing implications of these teachings. This is an opportunity for us not only to remind ourselves of the practical wisdom at the core of our lineage, but also to take this to heart through our direct personal experience.
