It was the heart and cornerstone of his teachings, in which he would distil the essence of what he had received from his teachers, put into practise and realised. These teachings give us insight into the powerful workings of the mind, and their far-reaching impact on our life, as well as a glimpse of our vast potential for freedom, wisdom and compassion.Over the course of five weeks, Patrick Gaffney will guide us on a journey of reflection, contemplation, and practice, exploring together the profound and life-changing implications of these teachings. This is an opportunity for us not only to remind ourselves of the practical wisdom at the core of our lineage, but also to take this to heart through our direct personal experience. This online event is open to Rigpa sangha members only. The teachings are given in English but have also been translated into French, German, Spanish and Italian. All 10 hours of videos will be available on the Rigpa streaming website until 13 September 2020.Upon payment you will receive an email with the access code for the online event, this can take up to one hour.Note that this registration software only accepts payment with  "Carte Bleue", "VISA", "EUROCARD" or "MASTERCARD".
