Each problem is worth 1000 points to be shared between the climbers. All the previous problems are validated if all the problems of a color are topped.

A special ecopoint for the qualification score will be applied

Finals @Le camp avancé with 6 finalists climbing 4 final's boulder problems like in the old days (4min+ format)

The minimum age for competitors is strictly 14 years old on 27/11/2026. Please note there will be NO problems set for children. They will compete on the qualifying circuit as set for adults. Although the competition is a fun day, it is set for adults so please be aware of this if bringing your under 18 along to compete.

For minors not accompanied by a parent also participating in the competition, a parental authorization will be required and must be sent by email at mof@lecampdebase.be before 15/11/2026.

Afterparty will take place in a secret place. Exact location will be send by SMS 1 hour before.

The original buyer can change the participant’s name directly through “Manage my order”, located at the bottom of the BilletWeb purchase confirmation email.

The buyer must enter all mandatory information relating to the new participant. For climbing tickets, this includes the participant’s identity, date of birth, phone number, emergency contact details, sporting information, acceptance of the sporting rules and, where applicable, parental authorization.

The name change is valid only once all required information has been correctly completed and saved in BilletWeb. Simply forwarding the ticket, PDF or QR code to another person does not constitute a valid name change.

The qualification wave selected at the time of purchase is permanently linked to the ticket and its capacity. If the new participant cannot attend that wave, the ticket must be refunded before the deadline and a new ticket must be purchased for another available wave.

Tickets may be refunded up to seven calendar days before the event, i.e. until 20 November 2026 inclusive.

BilletWeb service fees are non-refundable. The remaining amount paid for the ticket will be refunded.

No refund will be issued after this deadline.

Any resale through an external platform is prohibited under our CGV and is not recognized by the Organizer as a valid change of participant.

External resale platforms cannot update our participant records, qualification lists, age information, emergency details or insurance-related information. Entry cannot therefore be guaranteed for a ticket purchased or transferred outside the official BilletWeb procedure.

Identity and ticket validity may be checked at the entrance. The Organizer may refuse admission if the person presenting the ticket does not match the participant registered in BilletWeb, if mandatory information is missing or inaccurate, or if the ticket has already been used, duplicated or altered.

Each ticket and QR code is unique and valid for one admission only.
