The Human Factor Mural is a fun, collaborative workshop that introduces cognitive science concepts and reveals the obstacles and levers that can appear on our path as we navigate change.

Guided by a facilitator, we will discover a multitude of human factors that come into play during a transformation and that affect our ability to act or not. We will first examine the human factors that limit or slow down our transformation, and then step back to illustrate how we can mobilise these factors to facilitate the desired change.

Guiados por un facilitador, descubriremos una multitud de factores humanos que entran en juego durante una transformación y que actúan sobre nuestra capacidad de actuar o no. En primer lugar, examinaremos los factores humanos que limitan o ralentizan nuestra transformación, y a continuación, retrocederemos para ilustrar cómo podemos movilizar estos factores en pos de facilitar el cambio deseado.

La fresque du facteur humain est un atelier ludique et collaboratif qui présente les concepts des sciences cognitives et révèle les obstacles et les leviers qui peuvent apparaître sur notre chemin lorsque nous naviguons le changement.

Guidés par un animateur, nous découvrirons une multitude de facteurs humains qui entrent en jeu lors d'une transformation et qui agissent sur notre capacité à agir ou non. Nous examinerons d'abord les facteurs humains qui limitent ou ralentissent notre transformation, puis nous prendrons du recul pour illustrer comment nous pouvons mobiliser ces facteurs pour faciliter le changement souhaité.
