Join us for a powerful New Moon Gong Bath on Friday, March 28th at 19:30 at Yoga Studio Brussels

The New Moon is a time of renewal, introspection, and setting intentions. It offers us a blank slate to plant the seeds of new beginnings and embrace transformation. Through the vibrations of the gongs, we will dive deep into inner stillness, release blockages, and align with our heart’s intentions.

In this Gong Bath, you will be immersed in a 360° sound experience as a rotating gong creates a dynamic and enveloping vibration. Unlike a stationary gong, the movement of the rotating gong generates shifting sound waves, creating a unique sensation of sound traveling around and through you. This enhances the depth and intensity of the experience, promoting deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and a heightened state of awareness.

La Nouvelle Lune est un moment de renouveau, d'introspection et de définition des intentions. Elle nous offre une ardoise vierge pour planter les graines d'un nouveau départ et embrasser la transformation. Grâce aux vibrations des gongs, nous plongerons profondément dans le calme intérieur, libérerons les blocages et nous alignerons sur les intentions de notre cœur.
