A sound healing with me is a guided relaxation experience where participants lie down comfortably and are immersed in sound. The frequencies help guide the brain into slower, meditative states, where release, reset, and cellular healing become possible.
The crystal alchemy bowls, made of 99.99% quartz crystal and infused with gemstones and minerals, carry frequencies that support emotional release, intuition, and nervous system regulation. Combined with my intuitive singing they will support you in letting go of what no longer serves and opening to clarity as we build up to the new moon.
