« Le batteur rêvé des bassistes », sur scène, Nicolas Viccaro ne se contente pas de jouer : il donne vie au jazz entre rythme et groove. Baguettes en main dès l’âge de 3 ans, il trace depuis un parcours éclatant, passant du jazz au rock, en explorant au passage les musiques du monde.
En 2026, il lance Nicolas Viccaro Xperience, une aventure musicale où puissance et finesse dialoguent, où l’énergie électrique rencontre une sensibilité profondément organique. Pour ce projet, il s’entoure de musiciens de haut vol : Fred Nardin au piano et aux claviers, Stéphane Guillaume au saxophone, et Rémi Vignolo à la basse acoustique. Une formation taillée pour l’improvisation, la liberté et l’intensité du jeu collectif.
Entre tension rythmique et envolées mélodiques, le projet invite le public à une immersion totale, une Xperience unique où chaque instant devient imprévisible.

"A bassist's dream drummer", Nicolas Viccaro doesn't just play on stage: he brings jazz to life with rhythm and groove. He's been playing drums since the age of 3, and since then he's followed a dazzling career path, moving from jazz to rock and exploring world music along the way.
In 2026, he launched Nicolas Viccaro Xperiencea musical adventure where power and finesse come together, where electric energy meets a deeply organic sensibility. For this project, he surrounded himself with top-flight musicians: Fred Nardin on piano and keyboards, Stéphane Guillaume on saxophone, and Rémi Vignolo on acoustic bass. A band built for improvisation, freedom and the intensity of collective play.
Between rhythmic tension and melodic flights of fancy, the project invites the audience into a total immersion, a unique Xperience where every moment becomes unpredictable.
