Alone or with friends or family around... everyone is welcomed to share this dancing transition into 2021.
A two hours wave to invite the integration of 2020 and open the field of possibilities, embodying your wishes, your desirs, your excitment toward 2021.
No need to know how to dance or to be prepared, be welcome as you are spontanously... the only requirment is showing up with a smile on your lips and the joy to contribute with your presence to the beautiful energy of this collective celebration.
It will be international, guided in English and French.
.
A time to rediscover and cultivate the singularity of our moving presence. Each of the 5Rhythms offers us the opportunity to rediscover an authentic and direct link with the reality of who we are physically, emotionally and mentally.
Moving through the 5Rhythms wave develops the spontaneous link between organic sensitivity, emotions, and mind set to open up the freedom of our creativity.
The session will start with a welcoming time a 1/4 hour before the session starts to connect on Zoom.
Then we will have a guided warming-up time and then travel through a wave of the 5Rhythms with guided moments and exploration moments without guidance.
The 5 Rhythms Fluid, Staccato, Chaos, Lyric and Quietude are accessible to all without any distinction of age or experience of movement, they are a source of learning about oneself, about our relationship to others and to our environment.
PREPARATION FOR YOUR SESSION:
Create a comfortable space to move around.
Everyone agrees to respect the confidentiality of what is experienced during the session (no sound recording or screenshot/photos or video recording during the session, thank you)
From experience for our online workshops, it is important that you activate your camera when you connect so that we say hello and that we arrive together.
Then when the warm-up begins you are free to cut your camera or to leave it open, leaving it open allows me to adapt my guidance with what I perceive of your dances.
I recommend that you take your eyes off the screen to focus on your feelings, at least in the first part of the workshop.
You will be able to connect with others once you are well moving in your personal bubble of movement.
Have a bootle of water or a glass of champagne nearby so you can drink without leaving your movement space.
Connect your computer to speakers for better sound quality.
