“Julie's training is one of the greatest things that happened to me. Very smart and powerful.”
— KATIA
Sister,
I'm offering you one hour, online, 1:1 with me. A true inner journey to feel in your body what it means to choose yourself, love yourself and respect yourself, unconditionally.
✦ ✦ ✦
Here, we don't just talk about change: we embody it.
Because our inner revolution is political. When we love ourselves fully, we stop shrinking. We stop apologising for existing.
what if you never left yourself again?
“It's not like talk therapy — it's more powerful.”
— MAUREEN
✦ ✦ ✦
No obligation to continue.
This session is not a substitute for therapy. It's a space to meet yourself, where your discernment remains sovereign.
“There is clearly a before and after. I fully, completely own who I am, with my flaws, my qualities, my emotions, EVERYTHING that makes me me.”
— ALICE (translated from French)

And when you do it for yourself, sister,
you give permission to all of us.
Warm sisterly hugs,
Julie (Gaïa)

I hold degrees in political science from Sciences Po Paris and the University of Bath.
I am the President of Feminists in the City, a pioneering feminist collective that re-enchants women's history (herstory!) through urban experiences and events celebrating women's heritage and power. More than 19,000 participants to date. I also co-created Sororité – La Podcast (13,000+ listens).
But patriarchy doesn't only live in our laws and our history books.
It lives in our bodies. In the way we hold ourselves, the way we stay silent, the way we say yes when our body says no.
That's why I founded The Tantra Feminist : a feminist approach in the body. We look for patriarchy in the body, not just in the head.
A somatic coach and facilitator trained at the VITA™ Institute with Layla Martin, I work with a trauma-informed approach (18 months, 600+ hours of training). For several years, I have guided hundreds of women to (re)connect with their bodies and their truth, and to love themselves powerfully. My approach weaves together somatic awareness, gentleness and feminist power.
I am the creator of Marry Yourself, a Rite of Passage where a woman commits to never abandoning herself again: a revolutionary commitment to choose herself, without permission.
