The opera, boring? Old fashioned? This is not generally the opinion of the public of Opera Clandestin, this Company of opera artists who has set a goal to bring opera everywhere, to offer a fun and accessible approach.
Founded 4 years ago, the Company offers rhythmic and theatrical performances, both in theaters and in unusual or popular venues. Three singers of the Company invite themselves this summer in an enchanting place: the Castle of Saveilles.
Accompanied by pianist Jeanne Vallée, the voices of Lucie Emeraude, soprano, Sophie de Guerry, mezzo-soprano, and Louis Zaitoun, tenor, will perform excerpts from operas: from laughter to drama, from charm to tears, these repertoires too often kept secret in the walls of the lyrical will as well delight lovers as convert the uninitiated.
This beautiful music is savored with a drink in hand: a pineau tasting is planned at the end of the show.
And to better enjoy the place and the summer, a guided tour of the Castle will be offered at 5:30 pm, with the possibility of picnicking in the gardens.
Do not miss this exceptional evening, Friday, August 9th at 8:00 pm, at the Castle of Saveilles, come to two, with family, or with friends!
