We’re bringing the good vibes and the strong cores to Parc de l’Orangerie for our next dreamy meetup: OutGirls Pilates & Picnic✨

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Think: soft grass, blue skies, and a Pilates sesh that’ll have your abs saying “thank you” and your soul saying “yessss!”.
PILATES:
We’ll start with a feel-good 1-hour Pilates flow led by our lovely instructor Astrid – she’s all about mixing strength, breath, and movement in a way that feels oh-so-empowering. You’ll stretch, strengthen, and glow from the inside out.
PICNIC:
Then it’s time to spread the blankets and make new connections!We’ve got you covered with a delicious spread of fresh fruits, healthy sweet bites, and refreshing drinks. Just show up, grab a plate, and enjoy the sunshine and girl talk. No prep, no stress — just good food and great company.

Astrid – our queen of calm and core! She’s been teaching for years and loves helping women feel strong, grounded, and gorgeous in their bodies. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and radiant!
