Celebrate love and delicious food with a 100% plant-based menu designed to delight your taste buds and those of your loved one! Learn to cook a romantic, refined, and colorful dinner, perfect for Valentine's Day.
 
On the menu:
- Leek and vinaigrette mosaic – fresh and light, a beautiful way to start.
- Squash-stuffed ravioli with sautéed mushrooms and herb cream – a comforting and elegant dish to share.
- Chocolate fondant with raspberry ice cream – the perfect dessert to end on a sweet and indulgent note.
 
Learn plating techniques and tips to enhance your plant-based dishes while enjoying a special and convivial moment. Treat yourselves to an original, delicious, and ethical Valentine's Day!
 
This workshop will be led in English by Chef Luca.
 
 
A small booklet with the recipes will be emailed to each participant after the class.
Aprons, knives, and other utensils will be provided during the class.
 
* The course may be cancelled if the minimum number of 6 participants is not reached.
 
Cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the course are non-refundable. However, the course may be rescheduled if the participant requests it by email or issues a credit note at least 72 hours before the course date.
