This workshop will be led in English by Chef Luca.
A small booklet with the recipes will be emailed to each participant after the class.
Aprons, knives, and other utensils will be provided during the class.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the course are non-refundable. However, the course may be rescheduled if the participant requests it by email or issues a credit note at least 72 hours before the course date.
