POETIC BODY RESIDENCY

The Poetic Body Residency is a one-day gathering designed for womxn who wish to step into an intimate, soft, and intentional space. Throughout the day, participants are invited to explore the delicate interplay between autonomy, embodiment, and personal unfolding. This residency offers both an accelerator and a moment of pause—an opportunity to meet oneself and others at a threshold between what has been and what is emerging.

The container we create together blends familiar practices with new modes of exploration. Through movement, sharing, and somatic inquiry, we make space to close chapters with honesty and to welcome clarity for those that are ready to begin.

The central thread of the day is an inquiry into autonomy within the poetic body—how we inhabit it, listen to it, and move from it.

 

Guiding Questions

What is the current unfolding of our lives?

Where do we need to close doors so that new ones can open?

Where can we reclaim autonomy, and where can we allow more flow?
