POPPY PERINATAL LEVEL 1 EXTENSION

 

This online course is for all 3-day poppy graduates who would like to delve a little deeper into the benefits and scope of the poppy practice post-birth. 5-day or 10-day graduates who would love a refresher and would enjoy connecting with me and our community are also welcome to join. 

 

During our day together, we'll set sacred space and practice a poppy prenatal/postnatal yoga class. I'll then guide you through a variety of practices for post birth: 

— vaginal birth; what's possible and healthy the day after birth and 7-14 days after birth.

 

— caesarean birth; what's possible and healthy 1-2 days after birth and 7-14 days after birth.

 

We'll then move onto working with c-section scars and general q&a. 

 

This course was recorded live in February 2025. Access to the recording is for a least 6-months.
