I started to perform and teach shibari in France and internationally in 2012. The psychological aspect of kinbaku being at the center of my practice, when I discovered Naka Akira's semenawa,in 2013, I decided to dedicate myself to it.
 
Thanks to an assiduous practice with my partners I managed to find a way towards my own style. The challenge for me is ambitious: to reclaim the values and aesthetics of my predecessors while bringing my own singularities. To synthetize my vision of kinbaku I would highlight these following issues and desires: "Revisiting the roots of kinbaku, always searching to deepen the intimate and emotional dimension, while integrating and developing more contemporary techniques on security and anatomy."

Today my kinbaku is constantly evolving but always centered on my desire to better perceive and understand others.
 
Since 2018, I am in charge of Atelier Simonet in Paris, recognized in 2019 as an official Naka style studio by Naka Akira.

???? About Roxanne:
I discovered ropes in september 2023. My rope relationship help me realize the impact of rope's manipulation, body placement, contrasts in tying as ways to make it a dialogue between rigger and model. This silent and yet very clear new way of communication has been fascinating me ever since for the emotions I've been living through. I value a lot emotional and psychological security. I’m also tying which is helping me to understand things from a different perspective.
