The hike lasts approximately 3.5 hours, with a positive elevation gain of no more than 400 metres (1,312 ft).
The meeting point will be communicated a few days before the hike. It is easily accessible by car or public transport from Aix-en-Provence and Marseille.
Participants should be able to walk for approximately 3 hours on uneven terrain.
Suitable hiking or trail running shoes are mandatory. Participants wearing inappropriate footwear may be refused access to the hike for safety reasons.
